Queensland Team

Kendall is our founder and Co-Director. She is a passionate advocate for paediatrics, teenagers, and adults alike. She has a special interest in neurodivergence, emotional regulation and complex behaviours. Her journey is marked by a commitment to building connection, thinking creatively and maximising potential.

Jane, our Co-Director, brings the experience of a unique journey as a profoundly deaf individual who wears a cochlear implant. She brings years of working and lived experience, combined with innovative ideas to empower adults living with physical and psychosocial disabilities.

Walter, Jane’s heartwarming hearing assistance dog, is an invaluable part of our team, offering support and companionship during sessions and when off the clock with his affectionate cuddles!

Annika is a friendly and energetic core therapist, who is always up for a challenge. She works with paediatric and neurodivergent participants. She is across all things for improving life skills and capacity building.

Courtney is our Clinical Development Lead and a fantastic specialist OT. She has years of experience working in the community with her main focus on complex physical conditions, Assistive Technology and Home Modifications.

Adelaide Team

Ashleigh is the product of joy, kindness and creativity. Her warm demeanour and empathetic nature puts all her participants at ease. She covers neurodivergence across the lifespan and is always working on understanding everyones unique support needs.

Kate is our physical OT extraordinaire. She has 15+ years of experience, with a passion for assistive technology, home modifications, aged care and complex physical conditions.

Amazing Mary forms part of our Complex Physical, Neurological and Assistive Technology Team. She's a quick learner and a hard worker! She is an asset to any multidisciplinary team.

Our fabulous OT J'aime is warm, kind and passionate about supporting adults living with physical and neurological conditions to support their equipment and home access needs. She is driver trained and can complete on-road assessments.
