Kendall is our founder and Co-Director. She is a passionate advocate for paediatrics, teenagers, and adults alike.  She has a special interest in neurodivergence, emotional regulation and complex behaviours. Her journey is marked by a commitment to building connection, thinking creatively and maximising potential.

Jane, our Co-Director, brings the experience of a unique journey as a profoundly deaf individual who wears a cochlear implant. She brings years of working and lived experience, combined with innovative ideas to empower adults living with physical and psychosocial disabilities.

Walter, Jane’s heartwarming hearing assistance dog, is an invaluable part of our team, offering support and companionship during sessions and when off the clock with his affectionate cuddles!
